END OF SCHOOL MEDICATION REMINDER

If your child has any prescription or over the counter medications or inhalers at school, you must pick them up on or before Thursday, May 30th.  Students are not allowed to transport medications.  Any medications remaining in our health office after May 30 will be disposed of.  Also, remember that Doctor's Orders are only valid for the current school year.  If your child will be in need of prescribed medication next year, have your healthcare provider fill out a new form and fax it to 507-533-7776, or drop it off with the medication at your One Stop Registration appointment in September.  You can download these needed authorization forms and access other health information from our website, or request them from our health office.  Also, students are now allowed to use sunscreen while at school during recess and any outdoor activities.  They may keep their sunscreen in their locker and apply it themselves.  Thank you!
