A central accounting system for the school activity accounts is maintained by the business services department.  Advisors should acquaint themselves with this system.

All revenue should be deposited by completing a deposit form and doing the first count of the cash/checks.  For disbursements a Student Activity Fund Check Request form must be submitted to the business office 3 days in advance.  The form must be signed by the advisor, a student and the principal.  To place an order using a purchase order, please follow the po process in ESS.  

Once per month the advisors will receive a statement with the current balance and a list of transactions made.  Advisors should compare this report to their own records to ensure accuracy.
