FINAL REPORT CARDS

Final Report Cards were posted on Tuesday, June 10.  Please check Family Access to view your child’s report card.

SUMMER OFFICE HOURS

The BCI office will be closed from Monday, June 16 through Friday, August 1st.  If you have any questions, you may still reach the office staff by phone 507-533-1400 or email joyce.jorde@ssdtigers.org and/or rose.steinman@ssdtigers.org.  We will respond to voice messages and email upon our return.

NEXT SCHOOL YEAR INFORMATION

Please mark your calendars for the upcoming school year dates:

• Meet-the-Teacher Days:  September 2 & 3
• The first day of school for all BCI students:  Thursday, September 4
• Information regarding the start of school, classroom assignments, Meet-the-Teacher appointment sign-up, student pictures, etc. will be emailed mid-August

CONTACT INFO, ADDRESS CHANGES, DAYCARE CHANGES:

If you will be or have moved or discontinue and/or add a daycare that your child will need to be bused to and/or from, please contact the BCI office as soon as possible so busing arrangements can be updated (507-533-1400).

SUMMER FOOD PROGRAM

This summer we will be providing free breakfast and lunch for any children ages 18 and under at Bonner Elementary.  Meal times are listed below.  HERE is the Summer Food Program flier for more information.

Dates of Operation:  June 16 through August 15

Closed on June 19 and June 30 through July 4

Breakfast Tiger Time Only:  7:30 to 8:00 Drop-ins Only:  8:00 to 8:30 – Door #7

Lunch Tiger Time Only:  11:00 to 11:30 Drop-ins Only:  11:30 to 12:00 – Door #7

    PLEASE NOTE:  Each of the activities listed below is a non-school sponsored event.  The Stewartville School District does not provide staff supervision or support during these events.

SEPTA NEWS:

Please consider being a member of the Stewartville Elementary PTA Committee.  Meetings involve:

• Opportunities for parents to share their ideas and ask questions regarding school curriculum or procedures
• Reports from staff on specific curriculum areas
• Reports from the building principal
• Special projects that benefit students
